Alexander Technique of Syracuse is located in the Delavan Center in Syracuse's Near Westside, along Syracuse University's Connective Corridor, and about 3 blocks west of Armory Square.
Directions
From Syracuse University by bus: The Delavan Center is 4 blocks west of Syracuse University's "Warehouse", a part of the School of Visual and Performing Arts. You can take the bus to the Warehouse and it's a short walk along Fayette St., crossing West St N and West St. S, walking under the RR Bridge and crossing Wyoming St. Delavan Art Center is on the left, Enter Bldg at 509 Entrance, take stairs immediately to the left. On second floor, make two right turns until you reach the main hallway, Studio 249 is there on the left.
From Points South of Syracuse: Take 81 North to 690 West. You will enter 690 form the left, you have 1/4 mile to move to right lane to exit at West St. On West St., take a right at the first light onto W. Fayette St. Delavan Art Center is one and a half blocks on the left, just after you go under the RR Bridge and pass Wyoming St. Parking lot is in front, just after the Art Gallery. Enter Bldg at 509 Entrance, take stairs immediately to the left. On second floor, make two right turns until you reach the main hallway, Studio 249 is there on the left.
From Points North of Syracuse: Take 81 South to Franklin/West Streets exit. At the first light, turn right onto an up ramp to West Street. On West St., take a right at the first light onto W. Fayette St. Delavan Art Center is one and a half blocks on the left, just after you go under the RR Bridge and pass Wyoming St. Parking lot is in front, just after the Art Gallery. Enter Bldg at 509 Entrance, take stairs immediately to the left. On second floor, make two right turns until you reach the main hallway, Studio 249 is there on the left.
